Daniel Dawson
Managing Director
Daniel is the very first worker who began working for Cootacom back in 1997. He has been with the company since it's inception and is very excited about what Cootacom is, and has become. He has a very much hands on role with the company, from performing maintenance programs, to attending to home users, to providing first level support over the phone to website design and creation.
Daniel's ability to understand IT, and convey that back to the user in a friendly manner in which they understand is one of his greatest assets. |

Troy Iannacone
Troy, fresh faced and straight of Excom Training. He is extremely keen to provide you with help and support. Troy has a strong background in Purchasing and customer service and is ready to provide you the support you have become used to with Cootacom.

Michael Pancotti
Technical/Client Liason Officer
Michael Pancotti came to Cootacom after successfully completing an Excom year long training course. Since completing the course, Michael has been working with Cootacom. Michael has developed exceptional skills in desktop support and maintenance, web design & creation, and provides an exceptional level of customer service to our clients. Michael has become a key team member within, and is always trying to find new ways to grow and develop his skills to better service our clients. |

Thomas Hunt
TRIM Helpdesk Officer
Thomas comes to Cootacom with industry backed qualifications from Excom training. His training and previous work experience makes him a perfect member to join the Cootacom team. He will add spark to the Technical Liaison Team, and allow Cootacom to provide the same level of support to which our customers have become accustomed to. |

Peter O'Brien
Technical Liason Officer
Peter is the latest member to join the Cootacom team. Having successfully completed an IT course at TAFE, Peter decided to look for a position in IT rather than pursue his studies at this time. He comes with an impressive knowledge of IT, and a sound understanding of current technologies through the TAFE course he has completed. |
